"Lack of Response Local Office"

I try for hours to get an answer but as previous reviewer said either engaged or they just don't pick up. Get it sorted Royal Mail it gives thr whole service a bad name. My usual postman is fantastic. It is when he is off that problems occur. I doubt Head Office will do anything they just don't care..
