"DONT BOTHER PHONING"

Was told by royal mail complaints this morning that sorting office is ex directory and they don't answer calls from the public any more.

So how the hell do they expect to be told they have delivered to the wrong address so they can put it right ?

Then they ask YOU to deliver it to the right address for them.

No wonder they are in the mess they are in..
