"Theft of cards"

Once again we have been let down by our local sorting office, birthday cards which were posted about 3 miles away failed to arrive once again, my mother who is in her 70's puts money in a birthday card which she then posts.

I can understand that sometimes things do go wrong, I can accept it happening once, when it happens twice it could just be a coincidence, it happens a third time I get suspicious, it has now happened for the fourth time in about 18 months, this plain and simple has to be down to theft, someone taking a chance that a birthday card contains money, "it wont be missed", unfortunately it is now four times at the same address, this needs investigating, I will be making this known to the correct authorities.
