"Broken letterbox to lazy to ring bell"

Can you please contact me as your post man has forced a parcel through my letter box and broken it away from the pvc door rather than ring bell , and then blamed me saying its not his fault if not fitted right is he for real i have pictures of damage he has done i went the door as i could hear something going on i am disabled so it took time to get there so he was forging package for a good amout of time all he had to do was ring bell very angry hope you pay for damages he has caused as he has wedged it in that much we cant even get it out as you will be getting the bill , he was ver rude to me hope you have words with him.
