Sent parcel signed for, always a way to ensure safe delivery.

parcel was not delivered as no one answered. Tracked item, and arranged redelivery for 2 days hence. Re-checked with royal mail website and this redelivery not been recorded. Tried to phone st helens, been on phone for quite some time now. I paid for next day tracked delivery and it is now a couple of days and i cannot get through to them, so parcel remains undelivered..
