Tracked parcel not delivered but marked as delivered, when challenged claimed it was delivered elsewhere. No note left to tell me where. They said it went next door but it didn't. eBay used thei GPO's nonsense tracking notes to refuse me a refund. Every law in the distance selling rule book Brocken by GPO and EBay. Net result I lose my money, This is a rogue office. Finally can't believe eBay would believe nonsense tracking information over an honest client..
