"NEVER TURNED UP ON THREE RE BOOKING'S TO DELIVER"

Royal Mail attempted to deliver a signed for parcel on the 22/02/2018 as i was ill that day i missed it. That afternoon i rebooked this delivery for Monday 26/02 but they never turned up so rebooked it again for the WED again they never turned up so rebook again for the SATURDAY again they never turned up. Just what have you got to do to get them to deliver this small parcel I JUST DON'T KNOW.
