"Never answer phone"

Ime having trouble reguarding my mail going astray to wrong address i keep trying to ring the sorting office but no one ever answers the phone the only other number available is a 0845 number which from my mobile costs a fortune ive emailed head office and no reply from them either pointless them having a phone.
