"Re contacting"

The rating is only regarding being able to contact the company, and an extremely poor web page. This company has been a brilliant household name for many years and I have no doubt their workmanship is excellent. BUT try and contact them via their website by e-mail or opening hours and it is a pointless task. Ended up going elsewhere. Sad about that.
