"Yet another parcel "Lost"?!"

After having redelivery confirmed 4 times(!).online on 3 occasions, plus once through an automated phone call. and still no parcel received. I despair !

To add insult to injury.I was at home when the attempt was made to deliver the first time. Why didn't the postman ring the bell if,as he wrote on the card, it was too big for the letter box? He also omitted to fill in the item reference number on the card.

This is the second time in recent weeks that this has happened to me with Royal Mail delivery. Last time the parcel was deemed "Lost" and I never received it.

I never have any problems with deliveries by other companies..
