I know Royal Mail often receive criticism so I just wanted to give praise where it’s due.

I live in Hollin Hey Close in Billinge. I didn’t hear the lady knock to deliver my package so she came all the way round to the rear entrance as she had seen there was a light on in the back room to give it to me. I didn’t ask her name - this was at 12.15 on Saturday 13th January so you may be able to identify her and pass on my thanks for outstanding service 😊.
