Saturday deliveries are always reported as attempted delivery failed. The reason is Monday to Friday you can gain access to the flats with the trade button, but Saturday the postie has to ring the intercom, which they can't be arsed doing. If you don't want to do the job your being paid for then give up your job to someone who will. The phone is never answered, and a number of my deliveries I have had to go to the sorting office to collect my parcel, which is usually in a ripped condition and taped up badly. The counter staff are not helpful at all and look at me as though I had disturbed their sleep.I am old enough to remember when it was two deliveries per day six days a week , and stamps were a sensible price. Maybe it's time you moved over and handed your deliveries over to a private company like EVRI. I never had a single problem with Royal mail in Huyton in over 60 years , just ST Helens..
