"Really helpful staff at St.Helens"

I recently bought a microwave from the St.Helens branch and because it was such a heavy item I asked if there was a collection point that I could pick it up in my car.

The person that had served me was named John and he asked where I was parked. I replied I had oarked on the Works of Glass car park.

John then said no problem' I will carry it to the car park for you.

This was a distance of about 200 yards from the store to the car park and for me this was above and beyond the call for him to do so.

TJHughes you should be very proud of this example of excellent service from your employee..
