"Not Good"

Arrived for my appointment to be told someone had phoned to cancel an appointment and she thought it was me! I hadn’t so she then said she could do my hair if I came back in 45 minutes.When I came back there was another lady waiting for her appointment,she wouldn’t wait for my hair to be done so the owner told us to sort it out between us! I was quite annoyed by this time as she obviously knew the other appointment was booked so why ask me to comeback! Won’t bother going again..
