Dear Practise manager,

I have been so used to the Bowery Medical centre providing excellent service that I was disappointed when I have had to resort to outside care --namely the Millenium Centre or Boots after hours care. This avenue delayed the treatment of an ear infection.

I recently rang to make an appointment but none was available until the following week.This is fine if the problem does not require urgent treatment.

Have your criteria for appointments changed or have you reduced the number of patients to be seen at one clinic?
